Granity 1.15.3 dont see my osw

Yesterday i downloaded the latest granity software for windows but it doesnt find my simucube osw i am wondering what i am doing wrong.

Do you have both USBs connected? Is this a Simucube 1 unit or IoniCUBE?

Its a simucube 1 and i have both usb cables connected.

Does an older version of Granity find the servo drive? On our wiki page there is a link to older versions.

disconnect from Granity and use the other USB port. Did you use Simucube firmware or MMOS?

I used another USB port and its working again.

Hi,
I am trying to update two IONI PRO I owned for a while. The up-to-date version of Granity is not compatible with the firmware of the IONI (version 1064) and asks me to use an older one.
But I am not able to find the wiki page neither the link you were talking about to download older versions of Granity…

Hope you can help…
