Long time since I haven’t asked a silly question 
I am a bit surprised to observe 5 V on the IONI PRO’ GPI pins (4.5 V on GPI5, though), whereas they are told to be pulled up to 3.3 V

I’m sorry for the late reply.
The pull-ups are to 5V. That is shown in the schematic picture on the page. There was an error in the table, which is now corrected. Thank you for pointing this out.
