Hi,
I am writing here because after various tests, it seems that the problem is either Tuner software, or my SC2 Pro base.
I have a dedicated PC for my simrig, so basically I use it only with simracing games. I have not changed anything on the hardware level. I have not been able to play LMU for example, because after 10-15 minutes of racing the game crashes, without errors, I only have the error report sending screen, which however only reports the writing “this is the default report text”. Out of curiosity I tried to launch a benchmark, to check the stability of the system. No overclocking on the GPU or CPU and it went well, it ended successfully without errors. I tried Assetto Corsa Competizione and I have the same problem with this game. The game crashes but it happens almost immediately when entering the race, I can see my car on the grid, I can see the other cars, I can change the setup of the car, but as soon as I press drive, the game crashes. What could it be? The only thing changed on my system is from truedrive to Tuner software.
I have reinstalled Windows, reinstalled LMU and ACC, but the problem persist. I tried unplugging all my USB devices and plugging them back in one by one. The problem only occurred when I plugged in the SC2 Pro base. The base is directly connected to the motherboard.
These are my specs:
Windows 11
7950X3D
RTX 3090
32 GB RAM
ASUS THOR II 1000W
Triple 32 2560x1440
