Force feedback issue on my discovery/ioni opensimwheel

recently i changed the discorveryf4 board on my ioni open sim wheel everything its almost ready but the feedback gets like this https://www.youtube.com/shorts/jngwjW9uds4and i think its caused on my granity settings but i tried so many

AXI Invert setting might be wrong, OR, the PPR number in MMOS and the encoder resolution in IONI servo drive do not match.

thanks mika i was on 2500 ppr and my encoder is 5000ppr lol
