When trying to open the package and connect the cable, the torque off port was dislocated and the connection failed.
I contact to seller, i got a reply to open the back panel and put it correctly.
i connected it like that, but firmware update process does not proceed.
It was the same even if I tried it on a different computer.
when I opened the back panel again and checked it, I found that one of the parts was separated.
