Hi there I’m wondering if anyone can help me! I had a faulty ioni drive and was told to send it back. That was in the first week of December, I sent it straight back and it should of been there by the 20th of dec at the very latest. I have sent Esa a couple of emails asking for an update to see if it arrived but I’m hearing nothing back. Can someone please help me…
Please reply to the support ticket,and not to Esa directly. The issue will get resolved once we all get back to office after this holiday season.
When does your holiday season finish? I’m so keen to get this wheel working.
