i bought simcube 2 ultimate and installed it about 10 days ago. everything was ok until this morning when when i turned on the simcube i always get a message of “Undervoltage : Fault Location ID 19200”. I tried to turn off everything and unplug the power cord for 30 seconds and reactivate everything but the error persists and it is no longer possible to operate the simcube. I checked the fuse and it is intact and working.
I also checked the output voltage of the AC transformer and it is ok 47,8 in all three plugs.
I can’t do nothing on the software interface but I download the latest version from simcube site and after installing it I was able to update the firmare, but nothing changed. I guess the eltectronic device work well and could be something else.
