Tero,
Do the power supplies for the SC2 Pro have trim pots that could be used to adjust the DC output voltage like on the SDR-480-48?
Thanks,
Joe

No, the brick type PSUs donāt have the trimmers.
Weāve got things rolling towards PSU swap Our support will contact you for arrangements.
Hi Andre
Please fill in our RMA form to start the replace process. Iāll contact you via email when I have you information.
Kind regards,
Esa
Hi Esa,
I completed the RMA form.
Thank you
Hi @Tero,
thanks again, according to TNT tracking, the two power supplies come on Friday.
Hope I can test this right now.
Should I take the base with me to the Expo?
Hi Andre,
We do not have a stand/booth at the Expo, but we will visit there. Testing the system might be difficult in a meaningful way in the conditions on-site at the expo, but please let us know the results with the new PSUs as soon as you can.
The PSUs were delivered yesterday by TNT.
Thanks for that.
After the first test, the error has not occurred.
I will keep watching it and get back to you when needed.
Thanks alot
Just curios
Did you receive 1 or 2 power supplies?
Have you measured and compared the voltage on the new ones?
I did not even believe that it is due to the power supply.
Will test it extensively this week.
The FFB now feels different, although I have not changed the settings.
have 2 power supplies received.
No, I have not measured it yet, but Iāll do it right away when Iām home
We hand picked the power supplies so that they match as well as possible. Looks like it is very, very rare occurrence, we will improve things on this soon.
I was just wondering. Good to know for the future.
There was so little difference in his original ones
have just measured both power supplies, that one has 48.52v and the other 48.54v
Thanks
Wow canāt get much closer than that!
So maybe .3 amp difference between power supplies really causes an issue.
If I remember correctly Ollie/ Simplicity had issues running 2 power supplies on builds at one point.
OK so all is good nowā¦thatās all we need to know ā¦good fast work/reply to resolving this issue GDā¦thatās what itās all about!!! thumbs up!!!
