Deactivate Alarm sound in games?

Hello I´m playing ETS2 and the alarm sound “beep” every 2 minutes jump and it´s so annoying. It´s posible to deactivate? I´m playing usually at night

The beep sound should not activate if FFB is enabled. Does it still happen with ETS2?

The ffb is active and the Beep sound is still working

Is it then the torque saturation beep that you can also disable on the Hardware settings?

I deactivated all the audible alarms and the hands off I put in midle and still working.
