Hi, I have a Simucube 2 sport that I use in Iracing. I have used it for some time without issues. In the last few sessions, I have experienced a total loss of force feedback after 40 minutes or so of driving. I have checked when it happens and the motor is quite warm. There are no indications of any issues in the Truedrive software, it still shows that high torque is enabled. If I restart the base it comes back for a while but then drops out eventually. The problem surfaced after a recent update to TrueDrive and the base firmware.

This could be the issue where the 360 Hz FFB mode seems to drop out for some reason. We are trying to get debug data on a potential fix on this issue but so far the result has been inconclusive.
Make a empty text file called
apirecover.txt
to
Documents/Simucube 2
directory.
When this file exists, the 360 Hz mode will attempt to start to use the device again if a USB related fault has happened.
