I just received a brand new B24M-SC from Murray Motorsports. When I turn the button plate on and try to pair it in Simucube Tuner, it connects and disconnects in an endless loop.
Am I doing something wrong?
Probably the module on the wheel reboots due to low battery voltage immediately after connection has been made and before it is put into low power mode.
The ER14250 batteries in these button plates are known to go bad during long times of storage.
Yes, it was the battery. Thank you. Replaced the battery and it paired immediately.
