I have three ascher wheels and the sc2 pro. One of them will not connect, I’ve tried new batteries. No green light flashes or comes on. I checked battery with working wheel and it’s fine.
What are the next troubleshooting steps? I’ve tried holding paddles for 5 seconds, no change. Thanks!
if your wheel base is powered off and you turn the wheel on, there definitively should be led blinking on the wheel for a few seconds to indicate it is advertising and ready to be connected to.
If that does not happen, then there is some fault in the wheel.
So, there is a wheel fault. Do you support that or is it through ascher?
