Hello! I have a problem with ascher artura pro sc. I bought a new steering wheel for my Simucube 2 Pro base and Simucube Active Pedal. When I connect it to Simucube via Simucube Tuner or Simucube True Drive according to the instructions, it is detected in the program “Unnamed BR”, the voltage is always 3.0v and half of the buttons do not work. I fully charged the steering wheel until the lamp went out, but nothing changes. I’ve tried installing different versions of Simucube True Drive, but that doesn’t help either. What should I do? I can’t use it. I have attached screenshots.
Unnamed BP is a a device that is not programmed at the factory. The fault is with the wheel.

Mika, thanks for the reply! It’s just that I saw the Granitedevices board inside the steering wheel, so I decided to ask. Did I understand correctly that I won’t be able to solve this problem at home and I need to return the wheel to the manufacturer?
Yes it can only be programmed by the wheel manufacturer.
