A Strange Noise From The Linear Motor

I am driving a linear motor with IONICube 1x. But there is hearing a sound from motor. And if I do pressure to motor (squeeze with hand or screw) this sound is changing. I think it’s from the sincos encoder. I added the video link to below. Does anyone have an idea?

This sounds like a combination of ADC noise in the sincos signals, and tightly tuned motor.

Do you have ferrite ring around the motor phase wires?
What is your torque bandwidth (TBW parameter)?
Are the sincos wires shielded?
