Would these files work for the R2 version of the SC2 pro? the new PSU is slightly larger than the Meanwell if I’m not mistaken.

The designs are for the 2x Mean Well PSUs that were used for the Simucube 2 Pro R1 revision, so you should try to find or create a new design for the new PSU.
