SimuCube and Ioni Pro HC in out of stock status after submitting the order?

Hello,

Last night I ordered a SimuCube and Ioni Pro HC. After completing the purchase I noticed that my order is in “product out of stock” state. In the webshop there is no indication of stock shortage.

Are these really out of stock? When can I expect to receive the products?

Hi,

These are out of stock. We expect to get more products to stock by 19.07.2019 (dd.mm.yyyy).

There was unfortunately an online store miss configuration, that allowed the products to be ordered even though they were not in stock. Currently it is not possible to order Simucube motherboards, but those will come back in stock once we get the next factory production batch to our warehouse.
