Sometimes (in my experience almost always) a huge and fast business success comes together with a sudden lack in personell, the rapid increase in almost anything has impacts on… I name it you have it. BUT: Granite has a very good customer service, products, partners. To make a long story short: I bet that the percentage of quality issues and similar points isn’t really higher than with Simucube 1. Customers keep writing the same stuff. It’s called “I have it too”, “all of a sudden sunshine is too bright” desease. What is quite new is (really unusual) customers building fractions and doing politics over stuff they normally vote on by " buy/not buy". Interesting and demanding times Mika
I feel some grainyness, when turning the Wheel in the pits or in slow corners or when i change the direction quickly. even in true drive without running a game i can feel this grayniness when turning the wheel… can i go back to a different firmware version or is it better to wait for the update.
Which firmware version are you running now? Are you interested in testing a beta version that we are now testing?
im running 2021.12.
if the beta cant break anything, i would like to try it
